Services
We provide business and nonprofit consulting, formation document preparation and filing support, branding, and digital marketing services. We are a consulting firm, not a law firm or accounting firm; our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, and you are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.
501(c)(3) and formation outcomes
Our 501(c)(3) service is application preparation and support. Tax-exempt status is granted or denied solely by the Internal Revenue Service, and we do not and cannot guarantee approval. Likewise, business formation filings are subject to approval and processing by the relevant state authority, whose timelines are outside our control.
Pricing and payments
- Package prices are as published on this website. Government filing fees (state and federal) are separate, quoted up front, and invoiced apart from service fees.
- Packages are paid in full up front, and work begins once full payment is received. Social Media Management is billed monthly as stated for that service.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as PayPal.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 fee, and no-shows forfeit the consultation fee. Project cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and timely feedback and approvals so we can perform the work. Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines, including stated turnaround times.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment. Our pre-existing templates, methods, and know-how remain our property. Content on this website may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by government agencies, funders, or other third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
